Twinkletoes says: '1962 Italian film about a man who returns to Sicily with his family for a visit after moving away to Milan many years ago. Once there he is asked for a very special favor by the local godfather. And it is a comedy, albeit a low key one. Was it good? I tend to prefer my mafia films more serious and my comedies more funny, but this had an odd and hard to explain appeal to it. And I found Alberto Sordi in the lead to be very good. If this sounds at all like something you'd enjoy, then you probably will. if not, then pass.'
