Twinkletoes says: 'The latest Cronenberg film concerns a midwife who discovers some information that a powerful Russian mob family would really like to keep quiet. I liked it for the most part but I found it at times to be a little too contrived. Without giving too much away I felt the little suprise towards the end of the film was a mistake.'
