Gino says: 'This is a 1978 Terrence Malick film about a love triangle among drifting laborers and a wealthy farmer in pre-WWI U.S.. Knowing what to expect from the writer/director (the human emotions played out in/ drowned by/ expressed through the landscape and natural surroundings), I enjoyed it well enough. But the general consensus from the people I saw it with (perhaps not expecting this) was that it was a bit slow and boring, even at a short 93 minutes. I would recommend seeing "The New World" or "A Thin Red Line" before this, and if you are hooked by those, see this.'
