Twinkletoes says: 'The film has a somewhat unique structure in that we keep seeing the 30 or so minutes leading up to the President's assassination, but from different points of view. I suppose this could be an interesting idea if done really well but here it's disappointing. You'd think that such a structure would allow us perhaps a deeper insight to each of the major players here. Unfortunately we don't get any of that here. It's pretty much all action. We get to see what happened over and over, but never why. Heck, the one key player in these events doesn't even get his own vignette! A supporter of this film might counter that the point of the film was not to provide in depth characterizations and story but to excitingly portray the tense and fast moving action that an event like this would certainly bgive us. To that I would say that this structure did the film no favors. Watchable but underwhelming.'
