Twinkletoes says: 'Just an awful movie about a bunch of American and European tourists in Brazil who are stalked by an evil doctor looking to use them as unwilling organ donors to Brazil's sick and poor. For a film like this to work on any level it as to either be over the top in its gore and/or there has to be a sense of humor about the whole thing. This film has neither. Its basically a bore. I actually fast fowarded through about 25% of it. Oh, and if your wondering why I'm reviewing such an unlikely film it is because our free HBO and Showtime was about to run out so I filled our DVR with just about any film I had heard of. So be prepared for some more crap!'
