Twinkletoes says: 'The scene is 1950's America. Radiation from atomic testing causes all of the dead to rise up and turn into zombies. Luckily scientists have created a collar that will subdue the zombies and allow them to be used as servants, laborers, etc. Its a mildly clever premise that in the right hands might have turned out to be an inspired little comedy. However this film fails to go beyond the novelty of the idea of the Cleavers owning a zombie.'
