Twinkletoes says: "I found myself looking at my watch for much of the first hour of this 2.5+ hour film. It was basically an hour of an old man not feeling well in his squalid apartment. Once the story took us out of that apartment and took us on this man’s quest though the unresponsive medical system I started enjoying this film a lot more. Maybe “enjoy” isn’t quite the right word. Perhaps “appreciated” would be a better word as this blackest of black comedies is a relentlessly bleak film, but a very involving and moving one."
