Elijah Wood plays a young man expelled from Harvard who visits his sister in London and falls in with a group of soccer hooligans. Suprisingly brutal but also surprisingly moving. I've always been a bit fascinated with the idea of soccer hooliganism and found the film to be a fascinating glimpse into this bizarre life.
