Twinkletoes says: "It was very good, but gosh it was really, really sad. Objectively, it's a 4.5, but I think I'm going to have to give it a 4 just because it's re-watchability is pretty low. Three incredible performances though. Everyone is talking about Sean Penn for an Oscar but, to tell you the truth, I think Naomi Watts deserves one more than [he], and Benicio Del Toro was awesome as well."

Gino says: "This was an excellent film: great conception, tight writing, top-notch acting, and spot-on execution. That's the good news. The bad news is it is one of the most depressing things I have ever seen, so you are totally, like, warned. I agree that Watts trumps Penn here, though all three (including Del Toro) are great."
